Researching never ends!
I have been doing genealogy on and off for about 10 years. Although i have probably been asking questions way before that. After looking at fisch (sp) records over the years and getting little info from what remains of living relations, I am a gold member on Genesreunited, after browsing on it via friends reunited. My step dads son contacted me via friends reunited and i am glad he did. We have been in touch ever since and we met for the firs time in Jan 2006. He lives near Newcastle with a young family. I currently have 398 names in my family tree, the earliest going back to 1725. I am trying to go back as far as possible (doesn't everyone?) but i am also trying to find out those in the direct line, there work area and their lifestyle and finally their gravestones. This feb 2010, my mum and I found my ggrandparents grave in Beverley, and also their daughter & granddaughter nearby. I have photographed them for my records. I am going to continually look for links so that i may be able to find other gravestones, hopefully nearby, but i know i am eventually going to have to travel further afield for my earliest relatives.
