strange day

Got to work early at 7.30 and have been virtually non stop typing all morning because we needed to catch up, which we did with half hour to go, then as i was ready to leave, my boss handed me a letter, i knew what it was, my last & final warning about timekeeping, something i thought had gone smoothly this last month but apparently i owe them 40 mins over 3 different days on 3 different weeks! well, i am not too bothered come to think of it as i knew i had to look for another job come september when my daughter leaves for uni for 3 years and the pressure from the gov etc would mean i am just another number for them statistically wise, in keeping me off the dole/social payments etc yadda yadda ya! (officially i dont have to get another job while she is still at home and being educated!) so anyway mum collects me in her car as usual after work, our weekly afternoon together, i didnt tell her, i wanted our time to be a happy one and i will wait a few more days yet. so after our sun warming afternoon, i come home to find my door flap missing off my porch, which i had placed there for either the landlord to fix or take to shop. after tea, the washing machine isn't going, and with a full wash inside LOCKED in, our weekend clothes are doomed to remain in there, til we get back on monday, grrrr!
